We did a project for Family wings .What we didWe assembled a complete project team with a project manager, an information architect and 2 backend developers.We then worked with UNDP Kenya communications team and IT Unit to come up with the initial project plan. We then created several concepts. A final concept was chosen and now we used that to generate a full xhtml templateInternal pages were customized per requirements eg projects needed to be showcased in a certain format and focus areas had to have some particular information.Projects were then shown on a Google map showing the exact location the projects were in kenyaSpecial consideration
